Multidimensional Healing Tool

The tool is a laminated card, with a spiral design on the front and instructions on the back. It's used with the design side towards the body, either way up.

Before using it, mark any problems out of 10. Then you have some way of comparing the results after using the MDH tool. Otherwise when a condition clears up, you might forget you ever had it!

STARTING OFF

This is great for grounding you. Put the MDH tool face up on the floor between your feet (while you're relaxing, watching tv, reading or chatting for example). There is no need to pay any great attention to it. It will start working on energy blocks immediately. You may feel a little tingling in your feet or legs or a sensation of warmth and comfort. If you have any stiffness in your ankles you should find it much improved after 10 minutes or so. Leave the tool there as long as possible. This gets you used to how you feel with it, and will develop a bit of confidence that it does actually work!

APPLYING TO SPECIFIC PHYSICAL PROBLEMS

1. For pain or stiffness anywhere, put the MDH tool on the spot and leave it there. It should touch the body, on top of clothes is fine.

You will feel when it's time to remove it. You may also find yourself putting the tool on a different spot altogether because your higher self knows where the blockage relating to that pain etc. lies, and will motivate you to put the card there. The more you let this happen without reasoning or worrying about doing it 'right', the better. The best way is to place and remove the card without too much thought, open to however your Higher Self decideds to organise things. You may find yourself moving in response to the energy flowing again, too. Again, don't resist, just relax and observe what's happening!

To use for lower back ache, point the MDH tool downwards, even if the pain is below the waistline. I have recently discovered that the spine counts as above the waistline, and the use of the tool directly on the spine is very relaxing and has eased my own back pain greatly! I would suggest for a chronic back problem that you use the tool every day, either at bed-time or on waking up for a few minutes. Also check the things you do every day to try and find the reason for the pain - such as bad seating postition, bending and lifting etc. It's only common sense but it's easy to overlook!

When you bump or knock yourself, use the tool immediately on the site of the injury. I have used mine on a twisted ankle twice, and been able to walk normally after only about 30 seconds!

USING THE MDH TOOL FOR EMOTIONAL CLEARING
This is a REALLY amazing thing to do - it will release so much you never knew was blocked! It basically involves sending love and forgiveness to ourselves and all those we are connected with (past, present and future). Healing relationships is the basis of good health, in my opinion. (Try this article on forgiving which echoes my own experiences and goes into the reasons for forgiving/releasing in more detail.) We're doing this for ourselves, not for anyone else, so we can release the energy blocks that are robbing us of our life-force and causing us pain!

Here is a general plan. It is based on the fact that the experience of Love is the highest and most healing thing we can feel - it vibrates our entire being at a level in which all past pain and misunderstandings simply cease to exist! Love is the energy we need to experience in order for total emotional healing to take place - so although I'm talking about sending love, the fact is that in feeling it ouselves, we are allowing ourselves to move back into the place of balance, joy and clarity we want. (See the Applying Love page for more on vibrational levels/worlds of Love and Fear.) First you are going to send Love and forgiveness to your biological parents, grandparents and great-grandparents - three generations back. This is a DNA clearing, and will free you from issues you've picked up and hold within your own DNA. Then you will do the same for your current relationships.

The guiding principle here is for you to do as much as feels comfortable, closest/most important relationships first. If you have alot of friends and family you may want to split the clearing into two sessions, leaving a couple of days between them. Hopefully most people will be able to cover their close relationships in one session, though. If you are really pushed for time or have little mental energy, just do your relationship to yourself - it is the most important one, after all! Changing your feelings about yourself can magically transform all the other relationships in your life without doing anything else at all!

BASIC EMOTIONAL CLEARING SESSION
1. Stand or sit in a relaxed but alert position, and hold the card to your heart chakra (at heart level but in the centre of your body). Take a few nice, relaxed breaths, and close your eyes if you can. Observe yourself, watch as you relax. When it feels right, go to step 2.

2. Say to yourself out loud 'I intend to send love and forgiveness to myself now. I let go of any attachments to pain, guilt or fear. I love and forgive myself for hurting myself or anyone else in my life, in all past lives and all future lives I may live. I send love to myself now.' (Imagine or feel this love as deeply as possible.) It's a flow of warm energy, coming from your heart - as it flows, see it and feel it surround you. An image of yourself may come into your mind - surround it with Love. Then imagine yourself getting younger as you send the love to your childhood self. Feel Love for yourself as a child. Then send Love to yourself into the future - it's like a path of light for you to walk along in the days and years ahead.

Really feel yourself bathing in the love streaming from your heart. Really enjoy it. This Love is not imaginary, it's real - but it starts from a mental effort and decision to send it. This is the action that you can do at any time, to any one, and it changes our reality. When you've felt love as deeply as you can, take another couple of deep, relaxed breaths. By now, you should hopefully be feeling pretty good and energised. Now you're ready for the next part... Pay attention to how good it feels to relax and be freed from all the past hurts and resentments.

3. Now for your biological parents. (It doesn't matter if you never knew one or both - it's the genetic code that counts here - your genes are storing their programming, and you need to be freed from any blocks stored within that.) Say 'I intend to send love to my mother' and feel the love flowing. Then do the same with your father. Enjoy the experience of your own Love - it's your most powerful tool for transformation!

4. Now, do the same with your 4 grandparents. Intention is all important, doesn't matter if you never knew them. Say 'I now send love and forgiveness to my mother's mother, my mother's father, my father's mother and father. Feel the Love start flowing.

5. Next, imagine their parents standing behind them, your great-grandparents. Send love and forgiveness to them - all 8 of them! Again, intend that they be surrounded by your love. Now come back to yourself, check for any tensions or negative feelings still connected to yourself or parents/grandparents/great-grandparents. If there is any tension left, see if you can get an idea of what is still bothering you - some belief you have about yourself/your parents. Send love again, imagine that love melting all the tension away. Surround yourself with light, imagine looking at yourself in the mirror and seeing this lovely halo of protecting and comforting light all around you. Take a few deep breaths.

6. Now think of anyone, (family, friends, work colleagues) you are having problems with, and send them love. Forgive them for anything they have done to hurt you, and ask them to forgive you for anything you have done to hurt them. See them relaxing and smiling at you as they feel your love. Wish them well in their lives. Work your way through your relationships, past and present. It may help to write all the names down first. Think of each person and send them Love. Intend for them to be happy and well.

7. Congratulate yourself on finishing the clearing! Well done - now enjoy the love you should hopefully be experiencing. Realise that this was your choice and that you have already changed all your relationships for the better.

I would recommend everyone does this family clearing first, no matter what the particular emotional problem may be.

I have experienced quite amazing changes in the problem relationships in my life after doing this clearing. Using the MDH tool makes it much easier to feel the love and forgiveness, because it helps release energy blocks, and negative emotions are just stuck energy. The more you feel the love and forgiveness flowing out of you towards your family and friends, neighbours, workmates or whoever, the better the result will be. The MDH tool makes this very easy to do.

USING THE TOOL FOR RELAXATION AND CALM.
The MDH tool can be used for calming and centring yourself at any time; it's useful to reduce anxiety, but it's best to use it as soon as you feel anxious, rather than waiting till it's got really bad! I use my MDH tool on the underground/in crowds, and when I'm flying. Try to remember to use it when you start feeling uncomfortable or anxious and need some support. For flying/travelling, you can put the tool in your lap, Angel feet/bottom of the card pointing towards you (new MDH tools have an arrow on the back just to make it absolutely clear!) This gives a reassuring feeling of grounding which is very relaxing; you can also hold the MDH tool to your heart chakra (at the heart level but centre of body;) this activates the emotional symbols of Unconditional Love, perfect balance, calm, and patience. Whatever frequency you need will activate automatically. (They only work when you decide to apply the tool. Just having it on you won't work!)

The experience of using the emotional symbols will never feel quite the same; your own vibrational level varies, and what you experience is the energy shift. If you're pretty well-balanced already, you won't feel much! Knowing that you have this support always available to you gives a great feeling of strength and security, which I believe is important for our mental health. If used regularly, these symbols can be very helpful for establishing a more positive mental outlook and raising your self-esteem!

Another use, when trying to change deeply embedded negative beliefs or attitudes, is to place the tool on your head! Try the third eye area, or behind your head; think about that negative idea you want to change; what you're looking for is a point on your head which feels more 'alive', so that when you hold the tool there, that idea seems to fade away, or lose its emotional charge. Using the MDH tool to dissolve the emotional reaction attached to a negative ideas makes it much easier to start replacing that idea with a positive one! (This has to be a conscious process; you can't just say "dissolve all my negative beliefs now" because you chose them once for what seemed a good reason, and so you have alot of your energy invested in them, and they form part of your current persona. I believe it's safer to dismantle them one by one, as they come to our attention naturally. But if there is one particular belief you really don't want anymore - try asking your (Higher) Self "Where should I hold the tool in order to dissolve the negative belief I have about..." and let your Self take care of the details. Learning to trust your own wisdom and knowledge of your self is a great step forward in all healing processes; it can be a crucial step in releasing creativity in your life, too.

HOW OFTEN TO USE THE MDH TOOL
With physical problems, I would use the tool every day, or even several times a day, until you're satisfied. For chronic problems, such as back pain, it's probably going to take regular use, but also be aware of the habits you have that are agravating the problem every day! Things like getting more exercise and sitting in the right position at work are crucial. The MDH tool can relax tense muscles and reduce pain, but with mechanical problems that are largely self-inflicted, there's only so much it can do! I know, I suffer from back pain myself, and still sit badly...

For emotional problems, you may find that once you experience how easy it is to decide to be calm and feel Love, it's then really more a question of being aware of the choice you have to stay calm, no matter what! We really can simply decide to feel love and confidence in any situation - no-one can make us feel anything we don't want to, although it doesn't always seem that way! Just hold it to your heart chakra, or solar plexus, whichever feels most comfortable. That's it! Use it regularly and you will find it easier to remain calm in all situations, which in itself is a wonderful healing process. Giving our bodies a rest from all the unnecessary adrenalin we keep flooding them with can work wonders for all sorts of health problems...

Remember, The MDH tool is a tool, like a pen or a knife - you need to pick it up in order to use it, and there are no limits really. If there's an energy flow that's blocked in you, use the MDH tool. It can really speed up the process of transformation on all levels! Changes in all areas of your life will start to happen more quickly and more easily as you use it. (I haven't tried it on plumbing or wiring problems, but there's a chance it may work there too!) I'm sure there are many uses I have yet to discover - try using it for a few minutes when you're in bed, if you can't sleep. (It doesn't always relax you, though, so experiment!) Let me know of any interesting results, too!
